What You’ll Actually Do
• Develop the front-end of the TikTok customer service platform, encompassing page interactions, data visualization, and customer service systems.
• Analyze business requirements and tackle technical challenges, applying technical planning and architectural design capabilities.
• Optimize team development models and process standards to enhance development efficiency and code quality.
• Design robust system modules and components with a strong sense of code structure and standardization.
• Collaborate actively with product and design teams to understand and fulfill user requirements.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing an Undergraduate or Graduate degree in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline, with the intention to return to studies after completing the internship.
• Experience: Ability to commit to a 12-week internship during Summer 2026.
• Skills: Solid foundation in computer science; proficiency in at least one front-end framework such as React or Vue, including understanding its design philosophy; understanding of front-end engineering concepts; strong sense of code structure and standardization; excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Bonus: Familiarity with Node.js and frameworks like Express or Koa, alongside prior experience in server-side application development.
