Since the 2017/18 season, the Worcester Railers HC have brought thrilling ECHL professional hockey and family-friendly entertainment to Central Massachusetts, playing at the DCU Center. Committed to a winning culture and robust community engagement, the organization has earned the ECHL Community Service Team of the Year Award five times. Their significant year-over-year growth in corporate sales, tickets, concessions, merchandise, and attendance was recognized with the 2024–25 ECHL Rising Star Award, reflecting their dedication to creating memorable experiences both on and off the ice for the community.
