The Tone:
This is an internship at TikTok, a leading destination for short-form mobile video. The Pangle Product Strategy & Operations team, part of Global Monetization Product & Technology, delivers highly efficient advertising solutions to drive TikTok for Business performance ads revenue growth. This internship offers the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects, gaining practical skills and insights into professional real-world experience. You will contribute directly to the team’s objective of delivering efficient advertising solutions and driving revenue growth for TikTok for Business performance ads.

• Mission: Deliver highly efficient advertising solutions to drive TikTok for Business performance ads revenue growth.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Advertiser Support: Optimize advertiser performance across NA and LATAM by addressing client inquiries and offering Pangle product solutions.
• Product Testing: Aid in the onboarding and launch of new product tests, and resolve basic QA questions during the testing phase.
• Campaign Insights: Contribute to client pitch decks and assist with advertising campaign monitoring, data analysis, and reporting.
• Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, emerging opportunities, advertiser needs, and competitor strategies.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Communications, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: No specific prior professional experience required for this internship role.
• Skills: Strong storytelling and communication skills for diverse audiences; excellent project management skills for driving cross-functional initiatives; strong analytical mindset to translate data into actionable insights; high level of ownership and proactiveness in driving execution.
• Bonus: Experience working with a product team is strongly preferred.
