What You’ll Actually Do
• Data Collection: Collect, clean, and validate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Reporting & Dashboards: Assist in the development and maintenance of dashboards and reports for internal stakeholders.
• Statistical Analysis: Conduct basic statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Cross-functional Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide analytical support.
• Insight Communication: Prepare visualizations and presentations to communicate findings effectively to non-technical audiences.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field, with a strong foundation in data analysis techniques.
• Experience: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. Basic knowledge of SQL for querying databases.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
