The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with a Senior TikTok Shop Strategist, playing a critical role in managing creators, supporting overall account health, and ensuring the smooth, day-to-day operational flow of client accounts. What You’ll Actually Do
• Creator Vetting: Review and approve TikTok creators for partnerships based on defined criteria, ensuring alignment with brand needs and campaign goals.
• Creator Engagement: Communicate clearly and professionally with approved creators to ensure they fully understand campaign expectations, next steps, and submission requirements.
• Account Operations: Help manage creator onboarding processes, facilitate ongoing creator relationships, and support proactive creator outreach efforts to maintain active pipelines.
• Shop Health & Growth: Assist with maintaining the overall health of client TikTok Shop accounts, including monitoring basic performance indicators and supporting growth initiatives to optimize results.
• Process Adherence: Consistently follow and execute clearly defined processes and workflows, contributing to accurate internal updates and comprehensive reporting for all managed accounts.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level background with 0–1 years of experience in marketing, operations, social media, or a closely related field.
• Experience: Demonstrated comfort in a client-adjacent support role, applying clear communication and professionalism under guidance.
• Skills: Strong ability to consistently follow established processes and instructions; clear, professional written and verbal communication; robust time management, prioritization, and detail-orientation for reliable task completion; proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
• Bonus: Genuine interest in the TikTok platform, the creator economy, or the broader e-commerce landscape.
