What You’ll Actually Do
• Requirements Gathering: Define business needs by partnering with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate requirements.
• Process Optimization: Conduct analysis to identify process inefficiencies and propose actionable improvements.
• Documentation Creation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including workflows, process maps, and user stories.
• Solution Collaboration: Collaborate with technical teams to ensure business requirements are effectively translated into solutions.
• Project Support: Support project planning, tracking, and reporting to ensure timely delivery of initiatives.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Master’s degree from any educational or professional background.
• Experience: No specific years required; candidates without prior technical experience are welcome.
• Skills: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and process mapping tools, familiarity with business analysis frameworks and project methodologies like Agile or Waterfall, highly organized with ability to manage multiple tasks, U.S. work authorization.
• Bonus: Internship or hands-on experience in business analysis or consulting, familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Power BI, basic knowledge of SQL or database concepts.
