US eCom/Retail – Marketing Coordinator | Vintage Tub & Bath
The Tone:
This is an entry-level position at Vintage Tub & Bath, a company within the American Bath Group (ABG), a leader in North American bathroom fixtures. The role supports the marketing team in coordinating various entry-level marketing tasks. ABG focuses on enhancing North American homes through aesthetics, performance, and innovation in the bathware industry, utilizing its manufacturing locations and strategic partnerships. This position is crucial for providing support to the Marketing Project Management Team, ensuring marketing projects and initiatives are coordinated and that marketing collateral is produced and delivered on time. Future advancement opportunities are available within the department.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Project Coordination: Oversee daily marketing tasks and assist in developing comprehensive project plans, including timelines, tasks, dependencies, and resource allocation.
• Project Monitoring & Reporting: Track and monitor ongoing projects to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards, while maintaining consistent communication with stakeholders regarding status updates.
• Documentation & Budget Support: Maintain accurate and organized project documentation within the system, ensuring clear project scope and efficient execution, and assist in monitoring project budgets and expenses.
• Marketing Collateral Production: Manage the production of various marketing materials, including print and digital literature, merchandising tools, and samples, which involves coordinating quote requests, delivery follow-ups, and proof approvals.
• Operational & Administrative Support: Provide receiving and shipping support for marketing initiatives, handle purchase order creation and payment follow-ups, coordinate overall marketing budget management, and maintain the ABG Intranet.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, project management, communications, or commerce/administration is preferred.
• Experience: 1 to 3 years of relevant experience, with proficiency in Microsoft suite (specifically Excel and PowerPoint).
• Skills: Fluent in English, with strong organization, prioritization, time management, and communication skills (both written and verbal), capable of meeting deadlines and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bonus: Smartsheet experience and a high degree of autonomy are preferred qualifications.
