Associate Account Executive | Kollective Group

• Mission: Own the complete sales cycle, including running demonstrations and closing deals for an AI-powered simulation and training platform, typically managing a six-month sales cycle.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Sales Cycle Leadership: Take ownership of and lead the entire sales cycle motion, from initial engagement through to successful deal closure.
• Product Presentation: Conduct compelling demonstrations of the AI-powered simulation and training platform to prospective clients.
• Deal Negotiation & Closure: Drive negotiations and finalize sales agreements, aiming to close new business effectively within an average six-month sales cycle.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain strong, consistent communication and follow-through with all relevant stakeholders throughout the sales process.
• Technical Problem Solving: Engage with and solve challenging technical problems that arise, ensuring a smooth sales experience for clients.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Candidates must be early-career professionals who have demonstrated exceptionalism across various domains, including strong academic performance, achievements in competitive athletics, leadership roles, entrepreneurial ventures, or prior professional experience. Recent graduates with a robust track record of high performance are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Experience: Possess prior experience in sales, business development, or broader go-to-market (GTM) functions. This includes practical experience in outbound prospecting or cold outreach. Previous experience in a startup environment or an entrepreneurial capacity is also highly valued.
• Skills: Exhibit strong habits of follow-through and clear communication. Operate with a consistently high level of activity and ownership over responsibilities. Demonstrate an enjoyment for and aptitude in solving hard, technical problems.
• Bonus: Prior experience within industries such as healthcare, life sciences, or higher education is preferred.
