This Data Analyst role is critical for ensuring that all decisions about Jobright’s AI agents, both internally and for external clients, are based on solid data-driven insights. You will contribute directly to shaping how people experience AI-driven job search, bringing a vital analytical perspective to product development and client engagement.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Integration: Integrate directly into both client and internal workflows to embed data-driven insights as a vital component of AI agent analysis and strategic decision-making processes.
• Reporting: Produce custom and timely data reports, alongside compelling visualizations, that offer expert analysis for both internal product development teams and external clients.
• Communication: Handle all data-related requests promptly and to satisfaction, effectively communicating complex data findings in a consistent and professional manner to various stakeholders.
• Collaboration: Report directly to a manager and work regularly with other members of the team to continuously refine data models and improve the overall performance of AI agents.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Recent graduate or entry-level professional bringing 0–2 years of experience in data analysis or a closely related technical field. Candidates must live in and be authorized to work in the United States, with an understanding and willingness to travel for occasional team summits if agreed upon. A strong foundation in statistics, data analysis methodologies, and the core logical frameworks underpinning AI and machine learning is required.
• Experience: 0–2 years of professional experience in data analysis or a related technical discipline. Demonstrable experience working with analytics to translate complex data sets into practical, digestible insights for various audiences is essential.
• Skills: Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, crucial for explaining data trends to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Technical proficiencies should include coding in languages such as Python or R, experience with data modeling techniques, and expertise in database management, particularly with SQL.
• Bonus: Previous internship or project experience gained as a data analyst, support staffer, or researcher, especially within a tech environment or an AI-focused company.
