What You’ll Actually Do
• Requirement Gathering: Partner with stakeholders to meticulously gather, document, and validate essential business requirements for projects.
• Process Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis to identify existing process inefficiencies and actively propose actionable improvements for enhanced operations.
• Solution Translation: Collaborate closely with technical development teams to ensure that business requirements are accurately translated and implemented into effective solutions.
• Documentation & Support: Create comprehensive documentation, including detailed workflows, process maps, and user stories, and support project planning and tracking.
• Quality Assurance: Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and feedback cycles to refine deliverables, ensuring they meet user needs and expectations.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Master’s degree; this is an entry-level position that welcomes candidates from all educational and professional backgrounds, including recent graduates without prior technical experience.
• Experience: None specified; a foundational understanding of business analysis principles and methodologies is expected for this early career role. Familiarity with project methodologies like Agile or Waterfall is required.
