The Tone:
This is a full-time role at a leading food manufacturing company, located in Milton, PA, recruited by LaSalle Network. This pivotal position is responsible for supporting data-driven decision-making across key operational areas, including production, inventory management, transportation logistics, and cost control. • Mission: Supports data-driven decision-making across production, inventory, transportation, and cost management to improve overall operational performance.
• Tech Stack: Advanced Excel, Power BI, Sigma, SQL/Sequel, Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) or similar ERP systems
What You’ll Actually Do
• Reporting: Create, maintain, and troubleshoot various reporting tools to effectively support the Supply Chain, Operations, and Production teams.
• Analysis: Analyze comprehensive data related to inventory levels, transportation performance metrics, specific production planning needs, and raw material targets.
• Scheduling: Support essential scheduling functions by developing a deep understanding of production flow and assisting with execution during periods of high demand.
• Presentation: Present clear data, actionable insights, and strategic recommendations to cross-functional teams to proactively guide business decisions.
• Improvement: Identify and deliver tangible cost-savings and continuous improvement opportunities throughout the entire operation.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Core domain knowledge in production processes, inventory flow, and general end-to-end Supply Chain operations.
• Experience: Prior experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
• Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SQL/Sequel, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills for presenting data effectively.
• Bonus: Proven ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams and support rapid decision-making within a fast-paced environment.
