The Tone:

This position is vital for developing future data and BI professionals by providing hands-on training with industry-leading tools and real-world client experience. It positions individuals for long-term success in various specialized data roles.

The TL;DR
• Role: Early Career
• Location: In-person
• Pay: $60000–$70000 yearly
• Mission: This role trains STEM graduates to become proficient Data Analysts, Business Analysts, BI Developers, or SQL Programmers by working with industry-leading data and BI tools and gaining real-world client experience.
• Tech Stack: SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Azure

What You’ll Actually Do
• Utilize industry-leading tools: Work hands-on with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and Azure to develop data and business intelligence solutions.
• Engage in client projects: Apply learned skills to real-world client scenarios, gaining practical experience in consulting.
• Participate in training: Complete a structured train-to-hire career development pathway for specialized tech roles.
• Build a professional foundation: Develop core competencies in data analytics, business intelligence, SQL development, and cloud consulting.
• Prepare for advanced roles: Position yourself for future success as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, BI Developer, or SQL Programmer.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Engineering, Technology, or related majors. Candidates must also possess U.S. work authorization (OPT/STEM OPT/H4 EAD/L2 EAD/GC/USC) and be open to relocation within the U.S.
• Experience: Demonstrating SQL and other programming knowledge.
• Skills: Foundational understanding of data analytics, business intelligence, SQL development, and cloud consulting principles derived from relevant coursework or projects.
