What You’ll Actually Do
• Requirements: Partner with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements.
• Analysis: Conduct analysis to identify process inefficiencies and propose actionable improvements.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including workflows, process maps, and user stories.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with technical teams to ensure business requirements are translated into effective solutions.
• Project Support: Support project planning, tracking, and reporting to ensure timely delivery.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Master’s degree, with a focus on problem-solving and critical thinking.
• Experience: Experience with business analysis frameworks and project methodologies like Agile or Waterfall.
• Skills: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and process mapping tools.
• Bonus: Internship or hands-on experience in business analysis or consulting, familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, or Power BI, basic knowledge of SQL or database concepts.
