Workplace Experience Coordinator | Premier Talent Partners

The Tone:
This is a full-time contract role at Premier Talent Partners, located in New York, NY. The company is a rapidly growing legal technology startup. This role is crucial for overseeing the daily operations of the NYC office, creating a seamless workplace that promotes employee satisfaction, engagement, and productivity. The coordinator will manage office logistics, coordinate vendor relationships, and support events to foster a positive company culture.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Manage: Oversee daily office operations, including office supplies, mail/packages, and work order requests.
• Coordinate: Plan and execute onsite experiences, events, and workplace programming to enhance company culture and employee engagement.
• Maintain: Manage vendor relationships for services like catering and janitorial, and ensure office environment standards and safety protocols are in place.
• Support: Assist facilities with preventive maintenance, reactive repairs, and office improvements, including communication with property management.
• Collaborate: Work with HR, Benefits, and Learning & Development teams on joint workplace initiatives, and support IT in troubleshooting technology issues and infrastructure projects.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Authorized to work in the United States with a minimum of 1 year of experience in office or workplace management.
• Experience: At least 1 year in office or workplace management, with demonstrated ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
• Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, strong organizational abilities, demonstrated problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach.
• Bonus: Experience coordinating workplace events, knowledge of facilities management and vendor coordination, proficiency in workplace technology systems, and a customer-centric mindset.
