What You’ll Actually Do

• Visualization & Reporting: Develop insightful dashboards, visualizations, and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Excel.
• Decision Support: Assist teams in making data-driven decisions by presenting clear and concise insights.
• Data Quality: Ensure data accuracy and consistency through validation and quality checks.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Master’s degree.
• Experience: No specific years of experience are required, though internship or project experience in data analysis or visualization is preferred. Candidates must have U.S. work authorization.
• Skills: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a willingness to learn data visualization tools; excellent communication skills to present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders; attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Bonus: Familiarity with SQL for querying and managing databases; knowledge of statistical concepts and tools like Python or R.
