What You’ll Actually Do
• Data Preparation: Collect, clean, and organize data to ensure it is ready for analysis.
• Pattern Identification: Identify trends, patterns, and correlations using appropriate statistical and analytical tools.
• Visualization & Reporting: Develop insightful dashboards, visualizations, and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Excel.
• Insight Presentation: Assist teams in making data-driven decisions by presenting clear and concise findings.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with relevant parties to understand their data requirements and deliver effective solutions.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Master’s degree; entry-level position open to various educational and professional backgrounds.
• Experience: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a willingness to learn data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI; candidates must have U.S. work authorization.
• Skills: Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities, excellent communication skills for diverse audiences, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Bonus: Internship or project experience in data analysis or visualization, familiarity with SQL for database querying, knowledge of statistical concepts and tools like Python or R.
