What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Introduction: Proactively reach out to potential clients through various channels, including phone, email, and social media, to introduce Destination Careers’ hotel booking services.
• Lead Qualification & Scheduling: Qualify interested leads to understand their basic travel needs and effectively schedule appointments for dedicated travel advisors and hotel specialists.
• Data Management: Maintain meticulous and accurate records of all client outreach activities, interactions, and the current status of scheduled appointments.
• Information Provision: Respond efficiently to basic client inquiries about services and accurately direct more detailed or complex questions to the appropriate team member for expert advice.
• Relationship Nurturing: Conduct follow-ups with previous contacts to ensure sustained interest and engagement with Destination Careers’ travel planning offerings.

The Must-Haves
• Background: An early career individual, required to be 18 years or older, with a strong foundation for supporting customer-facing operations in a remote setting.
• Experience: Demonstrated basic computer proficiency and practical experience utilizing online calendars or CRM tools for scheduling and record-keeping purposes.
• Skills: Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written; comfort and professionalism when speaking with clients via phone or video; a friendly, professional, and client-focused demeanor; highly organized with strong time management skills; self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment; and reliable internet access with a personal computer.
• Bonus: A genuine interest in the travel industry, hospitality sector, or customer service roles is a plus.
