Internship: Sales Strategy, Analytics & Innovation (Business & Technical Tracks) | Adecco

What You’ll Actually Do
• Analyze: Analyze sales and promotional performance data to identify key drivers of growth.
• Support Development: Support the development of tools and frameworks that improve sales planning and forecasting.
• Partner: Partner cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and analytics teams to align strategy.
• Evaluate & Model: Evaluate promotional effectiveness across channels and build models to forecast sales and estimate ROI.
• Improve Processes: Design and develop internal sales planning tools or platforms, and improve processes through automation, data solutions, and system integration.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Student pursuing a degree in data analysis, statistics, economics, computer science, data science, engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Experience with data analysis, reporting, or business insights; Demonstrated ability to build tools, applications, or dashboards.
• Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (high-intermediate or above), excellent problem-solving skills, ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights or tools, strong communication and collaboration skills, programming (Python, SQL, or similar).
• Bonus: Interest in sales, marketing, retail, or consumer packaged goods (CPG); Exposure to forecasting, promotions, ROI analysis, machine learning, AI tools, or automation.
