The Tone:
This is an entry-level, remote role at Spotlight Media, located in Los Angeles, CA. Spotlight Media is a leading TikTok Shop Partner agency, dedicated to scaling recognizable brands by building custom strategies for social commerce. This role is crucial for building deep, long-term relationships with creators, expanding the company’s footprint across the creator ecosystem, and establishing a durable growth engine for a portfolio of world-class brands.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Creator Relationships: Build and maintain deep, long-term relationships with TikTok Shop creators, acting as a trusted partner.
• Network Growth: Execute multi-channel creator outreach campaigns to expand Spotlight Media’s creator network and footprint.
• Campaign Execution: Own the end-to-end execution of creator and affiliate campaigns, including recruitment, negotiation, and content approval.
• Performance Coaching: Provide hands-on coaching and feedback to creators to improve content hooks, storytelling, CTAs, and conversion performance.
• Performance Tracking: Track creator performance, activation, GMV contribution, and engagement to identify trends and inform growth strategy.

The Must-Haves
• Background: 0–2 years of experience in creator partnerships, influencer marketing, community management, or a related field (internships count); strong interest in TikTok, TikTok Shop, and the creator economy.
• Experience: Comfort running outreach via email, SMS, DMs, and creator platforms; highly organized with experience using tools like Airtable, Notion, CRMs, or willingness to learn quickly.
• Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; data-curious mindset to analyze performance.
• Bonus: Active on the TikTok platform.
