What You’ll Actually Do
• Vendor Enrollment: Successfully manage pending vendor enrollments within required timeframes.
• Payment Processing: Process electronic payments for clients via phone calls and web portals.
• Record Management: Update vendor records to reflect various payment options like virtual cards, ACH, or checks.
• Payment Monitoring: Actively review and monitor outstanding payments issued to vendors.
• Client Inquiry Resolution: Complete client inquiries via email within one business day.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level professional.
• Experience: New college graduates do not need prior experience, though any role in customer support, retail, or similar is strongly preferred. For non-college graduates, 1-2 years of experience in customer service, customer support, sales, lead generation, or collections is required.
• Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent follow-through, high level of attention to detail and quality, ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, and a minimum typing speed of 50 WPM.
• Bonus: Experience with Salesforce.
