What You’ll Actually Do
• Platform Management: Maintain and update various marketing platforms and operational assets, including forms, templates, and emails, to ensure current and effective resources.
• Data Management: Assist with critical data operations such as imports, cleanup, and ensuring consistency across all marketing systems, upholding data integrity.
• Workflow Coordination: Manage the intake of operational requests, coordinate workflows efficiently, and provide timely communication on task progress and statuses to relevant stakeholders.
• Campaign Support: Contribute to the smooth execution of marketing initiatives by assisting with campaign setup, scheduling, and deployment activities, offering backup support as needed.
• Project Administration: Administer project coordination and workflow within Asana, including performing ongoing maintenance, administration tasks, and quality assurance for optimal project management.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience: No specific years of experience required for this entry-level role. Preferred experience includes prior work in marketing, operations, or administration, alongside familiarity with data entry and spreadsheet management.
• Skills: Possess strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Demonstrate a quick learning capability for new technologies and systems. Exhibit effective written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to manage multiple priorities. Display strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, comfortable working within established workflows. Show technical aptitude and a keen interest in operational systems, coupled with collaborative team work skills. Proficient with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Drive).
• Bonus: Familiarity with marketing automation or CRM platforms (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce). Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana). A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, alongside an interest in marketing, technology, and education trends.
