Marketing Coordinator | Arcosa Inc.

The Tone:
This is an entry-level Social Media Marketing Coordinator role at NABRICO Marine Products, a division of Arcosa Inc., located in Ashland City, TN. NABRICO manufactures marine products within an industrial setting. This position is crucial for enhancing the company’s digital presence and supports vital initiatives such as recruitment, brand building, and internal communications by showcasing its people, products, and culture.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Platform Management: Assist in managing and maintaining NABRICO’s social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant channels.
• Content Creation: Create and schedule engaging content such as posts, photos, short-form videos, and employee highlights for social media.
• Internal Support: Support internal teams by promoting company events, safety initiatives, hiring efforts, and operational milestones.
• Onsite Content Capture: Capture photos and videos onsite that reflect the facilities, employees, and products within the manufacturing environment.
• Performance Reporting: Monitor engagement metrics and provide basic reporting on social media performance and trends.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 0–2 years of experience in social media, marketing, or communications, with internships being applicable.
• Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, a basic understanding of social media platforms and content strategies, and comfort working in a manufacturing environment while engaging with employees at all levels.
• Bonus: Photography and/or video editing experience, familiarity with social media analytics tools, a creative mindset with attention to detail, and strong organizational and time management skills.
