The role is pivotal in ensuring accurate compensation through precise management of employee time and attendance records. This specialist directly contributes to compliance and provides essential support to both employees and managers regarding timekeeping processes.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Maintain Time Records: Monitor and manage employee time and attendance data within the designated timekeeping system.
• Ensure Data Accuracy: Review, audit, and validate time entries to confirm accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company policies.
• Provide System Support: Assist employees and managers with timekeeping inquiries, corrections, approvals, and system-related issues.
• Facilitate Payroll Integration: Partner with Human Resources and Payroll teams to ensure seamless integration of time data for payroll processing.
• Generate Reports: Create and distribute timekeeping reports for audit purposes, compliance reviews, and management reporting needs.
The Must-Haves
• Background: High school diploma or equivalent required, with foundational knowledge in payroll, timekeeping, or Human Resources support.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience supporting payroll, timekeeping, workforce administration, or HR functions, including direct use of timekeeping or workforce management systems.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, excellent verbal and written communication abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications, strong customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Bonus: An Associate degree or higher, experience with platforms like Workday, Kronos, ADP, or SAP, experience supporting a large or multi-site workforce, knowledge of federal and state wage and hour regulations, or bilingual English and Spanish communication skills.
