Integrated Marketing, Intern | Jacksonville Jaguars
The Tone:
This is an internship at the Jacksonville Jaguars, located in Jacksonville, FL. The Jacksonville Jaguars are a professional football team and a member of the NFL, focused on being a championship team, an entertainment company, and a community leader. This role is crucial for developing new talent, allowing individuals to explore career interests, acquire marketable job skills, and gain practical experience within professional sports. It directly supports the Marketing team’s efforts to tell the team’s story, engage fans, and drive organizational revenue through integrated and digital marketing initiatives.

• Type: Seasonal (September 2026 – March 2027)
• Location: In-person, Jacksonville, FL
• Team: Marketing Department, supporting the Marketing Brand and Operation verticals
• Mission: To support the Marketing team in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive ticket sales, merchandise revenue, and game attendance, ultimately expanding the team’s local, national, and global story and fan base.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Campaign Support: Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns designed to drive ticket sales, merchandise revenue, and game attendance.
• Fan Engagement: Contribute to various fan engagement initiatives, including sweepstakes, giveaways, tentpole NFL moments, and gameday activations.
• Digital Growth: Assist in growth marketing efforts by developing landing pages and executing mobile app push notifications for audience acquisition and ticket promotion retargeting.
• Workflow & Logistics: Manage creative workflows, vendor partnerships, and event logistics for gameday, training camp, and grassroots initiatives.
• Operational Enhancement: Enhance and implement new processes within Marketing Operations, including the management of marketing inventory and autographed merchandise.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Must be eligible to receive college credit for the internship OR have graduated within 18 months of the internship start date. Interest in Marketing and Project Management fields, coupled with a passion for sports and live entertainment.
• Experience: Demonstrated ability to meet project deadlines, available to work nights, weekends, and holidays, and must be on-site for all Jaguars home games.
• Skills: Possess strong organizational skills with attention to details, ability to problem solve and create workable solutions, display strong interpersonal, collaborative, and communication skills, and able to take initiative, be accountable, and work independently.
• Bonus: Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Sports Management, Sports Marketing or a related field; experience working in the sports and entertainment marketing industry; interest and knowledge of the digital media and marketing landscape; experience in or knowledge of website and app platforms; possess event planning and management skills.
