• Mission: This person will own the creation and promotion of high-quality multimedia content for the podcast.
• Tech Stack: Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite (e.g., audio editing, video editing, graphic design tools)

What You’ll Actually Do
• Edit: Produce polished weekly podcast episodes, ensuring high-quality audio and coherent content delivery.
• Promote: Isolate and refine compelling clips from episodes for strategic use across social media platforms.
• Market: Identify and extract impactful quotes from episodes to be used in marketing and online promotional efforts.
• Create: Develop engaging reels and various social media content utilizing existing podcast clips.
• Support: Execute supplementary multimedia tasks as required to support content production.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Individuals seeking practical experience in podcast production and multimedia content creation.
• Experience: Demonstrated experience with audio and video editing, alongside proficiency in graphic design tools.
• Skills: Proficiency in audio editing and design software (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite); strong attention to detail and ability to work independently; excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to learn new skills rapidly and meet strict deadlines.
