This unpaid internship provides an opportunity to support the implementation of PR and marketing plans for high-profile sports and entertainment events, requiring self-motivated and focused team players.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Write: Create and refine a variety of materials including presentations, press releases, fact sheets, brochures, social media copy, stories, blogs, and briefing documents.
• Execute: Implement digital and social media initiatives across diverse platforms.
• Utilize: Operate public relations industry subscription software to support daily tasks.
• Research: Conduct research, manage media contacts, transcribe audio files, and disseminate information.
• Maintain: Compile reports, update website content, and assist with intern recruitment efforts.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Student pursuing a bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, public relations, marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and basic social media platforms.
• Skills: Demonstrated quality writing, organized and persuasive communication, ability to multi-task, efficient time management, and meticulous attention-to-detail.
• Bonus: A motivated self-starter who embraces challenges and is comfortable stepping outside their comfort zone.
