This role is crucial because interns actively sell, build relationships, and contribute real revenue that ensures the club’s success. Your work directly contributes to attendance, fan experience, and revenue growth.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Revenue Generation: Generate new ticket revenue by selling season tickets, mini plans, group outings, and premium hospitality packages through outbound calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
• Client Relationship Management: Prospect for new leads, build strong relationships with individuals, groups, and local businesses, and manage client interactions within CRM systems.
• Fan Experience Delivery: Provide exceptional service to new and existing ticket holders, supporting clients throughout their experience from initial contact to game day.
• Game Day Support: Assist with game-day execution, including client hosting and service support, and experience the operational side of live sports.
• Performance Tracking: Meet and exceed weekly activity and revenue targets set for the program.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Student seeking college credit through an internship program, with an interest in building a career in sports, sales, or general business.
• Experience: Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and game days; previous experience in sales, customer service, or leadership roles is valued.
• Skills: Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills, comfortable with outbound calls and in-person interactions, competitive and goal-oriented with a focus on performance and results.
• Bonus: A proactive, self-starter mindset with strong organization and time management abilities, a genuine interest in sports and live events, and the capacity to operate independently while contributing to a team.
