What You’ll Actually Do
• Build software and deliver tangible customer outcomes to transform how organizations operate.
• Help customers deploy AI-powered solutions and construct future software platforms.
• Work directly with customers to rapidly understand tough issues, architecting and building solutions that leverage critical data.
• Contribute high-quality code to Palantir Gotham, Palantir Foundry, or Palantir Apollo, creating features used globally.
• Own the end-to-end execution and implementation of high-stakes projects within small, agile teams.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Pursuing or having received a degree in Engineering, preferably Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, or Data Science. This opportunity is open to freshmen, sophomores, juniors, and seniors in college.
• Experience: Hands-on experience applying AI through coursework, personal projects, internships, or relevant extracurricular activities.
• Skills: Proficiency with one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, TypeScript/JavaScript, or similar. Familiarity with data structures, storage systems, cloud infrastructure, and front-end frameworks.
• Bonus: For non-USG roles, an active U.S. security clearance, or eligibility and willingness to obtain one, is a plus but not required.
