What You’ll Actually Do
• Develop: Create and maintain code across the full technology stack for various applications.
• Troubleshoot: Debug issues efficiently and implement effective solutions to complex problems.
• Collaborate: Work with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features into our solutions.
• Review: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, and provide constructive feedback during code reviews.
• Innovate: Learn and apply new technologies to current projects, while also assisting in troubleshooting production issues.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering with a strong understanding of computer science fundamentals and software development principles.
• Experience: Proficiency with one or more programming languages from our tech stack (C#, JavaScript, Python), familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS), and a basic understanding of database concepts (SQL Server or MySQL).
• Skills: A problem-solving mindset with strong analytical skills, the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively, and discernment on when to appropriately utilize GenAI tools versus relying on personal coding skills, alongside good communication skills.
• Bonus: Project experience with one or more technologies in our stack (C#, JS, NodeJS, Python, HTML/CSS), experience with Git, knowledge of responsive design principles, experience with AWS or other cloud services, and familiarity with REST APIs or microservices architecture.
