The Digital Marketing Assistant will help prospective patients make more informed decisions about their health by creating engaging and informative content across multiple digital and print platforms.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Outreach: Effectively communicate the benefits of physical therapy through social media, print media, and electronic media outreach.
• Content Creation: Develop and create internal and external content for the business, including technique videos, patient interviews, blog posts, and monthly newsletters.
• Media Management: Formulate and develop daily content for all social media and electronic media platforms.
• Strategic Planning: Recognize the need to formulate a plan for digital marketing initiatives and find fulfillment in executing these plans.
• Continuous Improvement: Actively seek and find opportunities to improve or contribute to the company’s digital presence and patient engagement.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level understanding of digital marketing and content creation principles.
• Experience: Familiarity with social media platforms and content development for online audiences, such as personal blogging or active social media engagement.
• Skills: Content creation (including video production, interviews, and written content), digital media development, strategic planning and execution, active problem-solving, and accountability for personal contributions measured through metrics.
• Bonus: Previous professional experience in communications, marketing, graphic design, or copywriting is highly valued. A demonstrated enthusiasm for continuous learning and adaptability to an ever-changing digital environment is also a plus.
