The Tone:
This is an internship with Glorify, a company that develops smart wearable hardware and faith-focused digital content. The role focuses on driving brand awareness and user acquisition through on-campus and local grassroots marketing initiatives. You will be instrumental in expanding Glorify’s reach by engaging directly with student communities and building authentic relationships on campus. This position is crucial for generating sign-ups and gathering direct user feedback to inform marketing strategies.

The TL;DR
• Role: Internship

• Pay: $15–$20 hourly
• Mission: This role is responsible for driving brand awareness and user acquisition through on-campus and local grassroots marketing initiatives.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead: Lead grassroots, on-campus campaigns to drive brand awareness and user sign-ups.
• Execute: Plan and execute local activations, events, tabling sessions, and pop-ups.
• Engage: Identify and engage student communities, clubs, organizations, and campus influencers, building relationships with student leaders to expand campaign reach.
• Create: Create and distribute localized campaign content, including social posts, flyers, short videos, and event materials.
• Analyze: Collect on-the-ground feedback from students, share actionable insights with the marketing team, and track outreach activities, campaign performance, sign-ups, and key learnings.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Currently enrolled in a 2-year or 4-year college or university with a genuine interest in technology, consumer products, and brand-building.
• Experience: Active involvement in at least one student organization, campus role, ambassador program, or marketing/sales internship.
• Skills: Strong communicator both in person and online; outgoing, proactive, and comfortable starting conversations with new people; able to work independently, manage your own schedule, and follow through on goals.
• Bonus: Prior campus ambassador, student representative, or grassroots marketing program experience; experience running tabling sessions, activations, or student outreach campaigns; experience organizing events or in-person audience engagement; located in the Bay Area.
