What You’ll Actually Do
• File Assistance: Assist processors by preparing and verifying necessary documentation for loan files, ensuring all required paperwork is in order.
• File Review: Organize and meticulously review loan files to confirm all components are complete and accurate before submission.
• Information Gathering: Communicate professionally with loan officers, clients, and external parties to efficiently gather any outstanding or necessary information for loan applications.
• Compliance Adherence: Support the team in ensuring all loan files adhere to internal company policies, lender guidelines, and regulatory compliance standards.
• Workflow Support: Contribute to the processing team’s overall efficiency by helping to improve turnaround times and maintain a streamlined workflow for loan applications.
