This role is critical for shipping real AI-powered features, integrating AI APIs, and building end-to-end solutions that simplify operations and contribute to business outcomes.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Own small-to-medium features end-to-end with mentorship.
• Build AI-integrated software by wiring up LLM/AI APIs, designing agent workflows, and shipping reliable AI features.
• Learn cloud-native practices on AWS, including compute, storage, and serverless technologies.
• Contribute across frontend, backend, or data layers of projects.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to absorb best practices and connect work to business outcomes.

The Must-Haves
• Background: 0–2 years of professional experience. Experience with hands-on coding, preferably in backend/full-stack environments. Familiarity with AI/LLM concepts.
• Experience: Shipped at least one end-to-end project (coursework, hackathon, side project, or internship). Comfort learning AWS and infrastructure-as-code on the job.
• Skills: Hands-on coding in Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript; familiarity with AI/LLM concepts (prompt engineering, API integration, basic agentic workflows); strong curiosity and willingness to learn.
• Bonus: Side projects or hackathons involving AI/LLM or chatbots, AWS hands-on experience (even free tier), full-stack experience, open source contributions or GitHub portfolio, personal site showcasing projects, experience with rapid prototyping, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization basics.
