What You’ll Actually Do
• Exceptional Guest Experience: Deliver outstanding and friendly service to all guests, ensuring they feel welcomed, valued, and entertained, thereby contributing to Miami Valley Gaming’s reputation for an enjoyable atmosphere.
• Proactive Operational Support: Maintain an active and engaged presence across the gaming floor, readily assisting with various tasks and demonstrating a can-do attitude to support the efficient flow of gaming operations. This role ensures you are never stuck in a cubicle, embracing a hands-on approach.
• Reliable Task Execution: Consistently demonstrate dependability by thoroughly following through on assigned duties and taking initiative to jump in and assist whenever needed to ensure team objectives are met promptly.
• Professional Growth Engagement: Actively participate in Miami Valley Gaming’s comprehensive training programs, utilizing these opportunities to develop new skills and strategically position yourself for career advancement within the lively hospitality and entertainment industry.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, establishing a foundational educational requirement for this entry-level hospitality opportunity.
• Experience: While no specific years of experience are strictly mandated, one year of customer service experience within the gaming industry is strongly preferred, offering an advantage in this guest-focused environment.
• Skills: Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication abilities for clear interactions with guests and colleagues. Exhibit basic computer proficiency for daily operational requirements.
