This role is crucial for managing the entire recruiting process, coordinating events, and supporting program execution to deliver an exceptional experience for all participants.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Recruit: Own full cycle recruiting for entry-level talent, including resume review, initial phone interviews, candidate communication, feedback sessions, offers, and closing candidates.
• Build: Establish and maintain long-term relationships at target universities with key faculty, professors, administration, and student organizations.
• Coordinate: Plan, coordinate, and participate in all recruitment events at assigned universities, ensuring timeliness and consistency with key partners.
• Execute: Partner with program managers to coordinate and execute early talent programs, including curriculum planning, leader engagement, developmental sessions, and social activities.
• Promote: Support and manage social media campaigns to promote Belk’s brand and showcase the program experience.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 1+ years of experience in Campus Recruiting, Corporate Recruiting, Career Advisor, or Program Management. Ability to travel up to 75% during peak seasons (Fall and Spring semester) and work outside normal working hours for events as needed.
• Skills: Strong organizational skills, effective time management, problem-solving, event-planning, flexibility, ability to develop strong relationships, experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday preferred) and campus recruiting platforms such as Handshake.
• Bonus: Experience with expense management.
