What You’ll Actually Do
• Coordinate: Coordinate business and development initiatives.
• Support: Support project planning and execution activities.
• Maintain: Maintain reports, records, and documentation.
• Communicate: Assist with stakeholder communications and prepare presentations.
• Monitor: Monitor project progress and operational metrics.
The Must-Haves
• Background: High school diploma or equivalent required, with an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred. Interest in building a career in business development, operations, project coordination, or corporate services.
• Experience: 0–2 years of experience in administration, operations, coordination, customer support, or related roles. Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills, excellent attention to detail and time management abilities, comfortable working independently in a remote environment, and problem-solving and coordination abilities.
• Bonus: Administrative or coordination experience, exposure to reporting or project work, experience with documentation and scheduling, familiarity with project tools, and an interest in business operations and development.
