• Mission: Coordinate the end-to-end movement of total joint products, managing inventory, stocking, and shipment scheduling, to ensure timely and accurate delivery to healthcare facilities and other customers.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Coordinate Product Flow: Orchestrate the complete end-to-end movement of total joint products, managing inventory, stocking, and scheduling shipments for timely delivery to customers.
• Documentation and Tracking: Prepare all necessary shipping documentation, diligently track shipments, and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Direct Deliveries: Drive equipment and products to healthcare facilities, ensuring critical items are available precisely when needed, including for urgent or time-sensitive requests.
• Stakeholder Communication: Engage with internal teams, sales representatives, and customers to resolve any issues, provide essential updates, and ensure service satisfaction.
• Process Optimization & Support: Analyze logistics data to identify and implement process improvements, support broader supply chain planning, and assist with product returns, replacements, and restocking activities.

The Must-Haves
• Background: An entry-level professional keen to build a career in orthopedic sales, starting with a strong foundation in logistics within a medical supply environment.
• Experience: Demonstrated strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a time-sensitive setting. This role requires the ability to work both on and off-site in Centennial, CO, including occasional early, late, or on-call hours to support critical surgical schedules and urgent deliveries.
• Skills: Exceptional communication skills for clear and professional coordination with internal teams, vendors, carriers, and healthcare customers; strong analytical skills to review logistics data, optimize routes, and enhance service levels; and excellent customer service skills to respond promptly to inquiries and manage urgent requests.
• Bonus: Practical experience with spreadsheets and basic data entry is beneficial for this role.
