What You’ll Actually Do
• Skill Alignment: Re-stack skills to align with today’s industry demand, focusing on areas like Java/full stack/DevOps or data/ML.
• Portfolio Development: Rebuild a job-ready portfolio through hands-on, real-world projects that look like work, not homework.
• Interview Preparation: Rehearse interviews rigorously under real conditions, covering Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA), system design, SQL, and behavioral storytelling.
• Market Access: Get scheduled interviews through structured outreach and direct marketing to Fortune 500 companies.
• Confidence Rebuilding: Sharpen existing skills and rebuild confidence to overcome stress-induced performance drops after layoffs or gaps.
