Intern – IT Analyst / Project Coordinator, Year-Round | Continental
The Tone:
This is a year-round internship at Continental, located in Fort Mill, SC. Continental is a leading tire manufacturer and industry specialist with around 78,000 people globally, committed to making mobility safer, smarter, and more sustainable through its tire solutions. This role is crucial for supporting a large, global project within Continental Tires, ensuring high-quality deliverables through meticulous testing, structured issue management, and clear documentation, offering valuable hands-on experience in an international project environment.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Execute and document functional and regression test cases to identify, track, and help validate defects.
• ADO Issue Management: Create, update, and maintain ADO tickets with clear descriptions, ensuring proper categorization and follow-up with developers and stakeholders.
• Documentation (Confluence): Create, maintain, and improve project documentation in Confluence, ensuring it is clear, structured, and up to date for knowledge sharing.
• Collaboration & Communication: Actively participate in team meetings, communicate effectively with international teams, and provide regular updates on progress, risks, or blockers.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled in a US accredited Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree program in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field, with minimum Junior standing.
• Experience: Must be able to dedicate 12 months toward this internship, work a minimum of 20 hours per week during normal business hours, and maintain a minimum GPA of 2.8 or higher.
• Skills: Strong interest in software development processes, testing, and project support, along with strong communication skills, an independent working style, and a collaborative team spirit for a multicultural environment.
• Bonus: Familiarity with tools such as ADO and Confluence.
