Growth Operations Intern | Zettabyte
The Tone:
This is an internship at Zettabyte, located in the Bay Area, CA, with remote or hybrid options available. Zettabyte is building a next-generation AI infrastructure platform, providing high-performance GPU computing and developer-friendly tools for training and deploying machine learning models at scale. This Growth Operations Intern role is crucial for helping the company attract, onboard, and retain users for its platform, directly contributing to its expansion and success within the AI startup landscape.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Design and execute user acquisition campaigns to attract new developers and AI teams.
• Assist with programs to onboard and activate new users on the platform.
• Support initiatives that enhance user engagement and retention, including community activities and referral programs.
• Analyze key growth metrics, such as acquisition and retention, and build reports to track performance.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve the user experience and platform based on collected developer feedback.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant fields, with a strong interest in AI, startups, or developer platforms.
• Experience: No specific prior professional experience required.
• Skills: Analytical mindset and ability to work with data, comfortable using Excel, Google Sheets, or analytics tools, and strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Bonus: Experience with growth, marketing, or community operations; familiarity with AI tools; basic knowledge of SQL, Python, or data analysis; or an interest in AI infrastructure, GPUs, or cloud platforms.
