What You’ll Actually Do
• Data Acquisition & Quality: Collect, organize, and maintain business and operational data from multiple sources, performing data validation, cleansing, and quality checks.
• Reporting & Visualization: Assist in creating reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for management teams, and prepare regular performance and business intelligence reports.
• Performance Analysis: Analyze trends, patterns, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify critical insights.
• Strategic Support: Support business decision-making through data-driven insights, and conduct market, competitor, and industry research as needed.
• Collaboration & Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, document analytical findings and recommendations, and assist in identifying opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field. Ideal candidates are recent graduates or final-year students.
• Experience: 0–1 year of experience; no prior professional experience required. Possess a basic understanding of data analysis concepts.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, good verbal and written communication skills, ability to work independently and within a team environment, strong attention to detail and organizational skills, and a willingness to learn new technologies and business processes.
• Bonus: Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools, basic knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker, understanding of databases and SQL fundamentals, exposure to reporting, business intelligence, or analytics projects through coursework, internships, academic projects, or self-learning, and knowledge of AI-assisted productivity tools.
