Sexton & Company is a marketing agency dedicated to creating high-impact organic social content to drive measurable results for its clients and its own brand. This Junior Social Media Coordinator position is an entry-level opportunity designed for growth, playing a vital part in the daily execution of content strategies. The individual in this role will be instrumental in expanding brand visibility, increasing audience engagement, and directly contributing to lead generation through consistent and creative social media efforts, operating within a supportive team environment focused on client success and continuous improvement.

• Mission: To consistently execute high-quality, high-volume organic social content daily, building brand awareness, driving reach, and generating leads for Sexton & Co and its clients.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Content Creation: Produce and publish 15 organic social media posts daily across platforms like Instagram and Facebook.
• Story Management: Develop and post daily stories for Sexton & Co and all assigned client accounts.
• Content Pipeline: Ensure a 14-day pipeline of publish-ready content is consistently maintained for all assigned accounts.
• Performance Reporting: Monitor and track social media performance metrics, submitting weekly reports to leadership.
• Team Collaboration: Assist the Senior Social Media Coordinator with content scheduling, strategic planning, and creative development.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early career professional with an interest in and knowledge of high-performance, action-driven brands such as automotive, marine, and powersports.
• Experience: 6 to 18 months of relevant social content experience, which includes internships.
• Skills: Proficiency in Canva for graphic design, strong ability in caption writing, familiarity with Meta Business Suite and Creator Studio (or a demonstrated capacity to learn these quickly), and excellent communication and time management skills.
