The Tone:
This is an Entry Level, on-site position at POW, located in Dallas, TX. This role is specifically *not* an IT, Analyst, or Digital Marketing position, but rather focused on hands-on marketing support. The Marketing Assistant will provide essential support for initiatives, contribute to campaign execution, and gain practical experience across various aspects of business, sales, and marketing operations. This position offers a motivated and detail-oriented professional the opportunity to thrive in a collaborative environment while balancing multiple projects and taking ownership of tasks within multiple teams.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Campaign Support: Support the development and execution of event marketing and promotional campaigns, contributing to their success from start to finish.
• Project Coordination: Coordinate project timelines efficiently and assist with all day-to-day on-site campaign activities, ensuring smooth operations.
• Initiative Contribution: Contribute actively to special projects and departmental initiatives as required, lending versatile support to the broader team goals.
• Material Management: Maintain accurate records, comprehensive reports, and essential marketing materials, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date.
• Team Collaboration: Provide administrative and organizational support to the marketing team and collaborate effectively with internal departments to ensure all project goals are met.

• Background: An Entry-level professional, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred, eager to start a career in marketing support and operations.
• Experience: A detail-oriented individual who thrives in a collaborative environment, capable of balancing multiple priorities, and comfortable taking ownership of assigned tasks.
