What You’ll Actually Do
• Data Integration: Integrate into client and internal workflows to ensure data-driven insights inform AI agent analysis and decision-making.
• Reporting & Visualization: Produce custom, timely data reports and visualizations for internal product teams and external clients.
• Request Management: Handle data-related requests promptly and communicate complex findings professionally and consistently.
• Model Refinement: Collaborate with the team and report to a manager to refine data models and improve agent performance.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Recent graduate or entry-level professional with 0–2 years of experience in data analysis or a related technical field, authorized to work in the United States. Requires a strong knowledge of statistics, data analysis methodologies, and the logical frameworks of AI and machine learning.
• Experience: Previous internship or project experience as a data analyst, support staffer, or researcher within a tech environment or AI-focused company.
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex data trends to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Technical proficiencies include coding (Python/R), data modeling, and database management (SQL).
• Bonus: Proven experience working with analytics to provide practical and digestible insights gleaned from complex data sets, and a willingness to travel for occasional team summits if agreed upon.
