This role is essential for integrating data-driven insights directly into both client and internal workflows, ensuring critical analysis and decision-making for AI agents. You will help shape how users experience AI-driven job search by ensuring data is at the core of product development and client understanding.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Integrate Data Insights: Integrate directly into client and internal workflows to ensure data-driven insights are a vital part of AI agent analysis and decision-making.
• Produce Data Reports: Produce custom, timely data reports and visualizations that provide expert analysis for both internal product teams and external clients.
• Handle Data Requests: Handle data-related requests promptly and satisfactorily, communicating complex findings in an effective, consistent, and professional manner.
• Refine Data Models: Work regularly with other members of the team to refine data models and agent performance, reporting findings to a manager.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Recent graduate or entry-level professional with a strong knowledge of statistics, data analysis methodologies, and the logical frameworks of AI and machine learning.
• Experience: 0–2 years of experience in data analysis or a related technical field.
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain data trends to technical and non-technical stakeholders, coding (Python/R), data modeling, and database management (SQL).
• Bonus: Previous internship or project experience as a data analyst, support staffer, or researcher within a tech environment or AI-focused company; proven experience working with analytics to provide practical and digestible insights gleaned from complex data sets.
