Integrated Marketing & Operation Project Intern | TikTok

This role is crucial for executing varied campaigns for iconic brands, driving yearly strategic modules, and supporting high-impact initiatives that connect brands with consumers in meaningful ways. The intern will gain professional real-world experience and practical skills while helping to shape the future of e-commerce within the US operation team.

• Mission: Execute marketing campaigns and operational needs to connect brands with consumers, enhance brand awareness, and optimize e-commerce performance.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Execute: Conceptualize, develop, and manage marketing campaigns and daily operational needs for the campaign and marketing team, including sales and brand initiatives.
• Coordinate: Partner with internal account managers, user research, creator managers, and cross-functional teams (marketing, PR, graphic designers, product, R&D) for campaign creation and optimization.
• Cultivate: Engage local KOLs, social media, and digital channels to enhance online community reputation and brand awareness.
• Analyze: Evaluate campaign performance data, including order and GMV targets, and recommend ongoing optimizations, innovative ideas, partnerships, and activations.
• Research: Monitor local market trends, culture, viral content, celebrity updates, and industry developments to inform and optimize campaign strategies and branding execution.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Student currently pursuing an Undergraduate or Master’s degree in Business or a related discipline.
• Experience: Familiarity with the latest local trends and social media influencers, with the ability to commit to at least a 3-month internship period.
• Skills: Excellent stakeholder and project management skills, including managing expectations, driving performance, and collaborating with internal stakeholders under tight time constraints. Independent, self-motivated with good end-to-end ownership of projects, open to ambiguous projects, and eager to learn. Analytical and structured thinking, strong in understanding and deriving insights from data.
• Bonus: Majors in communication, marketing, or e-commerce-related areas; availability for a full-time internship lasting more than 4 months.
