What You’ll Actually Do
Support Operations: Support day-to-day marketing and operations activities, assisting various teams and ensuring smooth workflow across projects.
Coordinate Communications: Coordinate both internal and client communications, fostering clear, professional, and consistent interactions critical for relationship management.
Manage Projects: Track project timelines, monitor progress, and help ensure that tasks are completed accurately and delivered on schedule.
Analyze Data: Collect and organize essential data, prepare comprehensive reports or presentations, and contribute to data-informed recommendations for strategic decisions.
Contribute Strategy: Actively contribute to campaign planning processes and participate in brainstorming sessions to develop new initiatives and improve existing strategies.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Current student or recent graduate, demonstrating a clear interest in marketing, business management, or related fields through academic coursework, personal projects, or extracurricular activities.
• Experience: No specific years of experience are required; practical application of marketing or business principles gained through academic work, volunteer roles, or group projects is valuable.
• Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and professionally; solid organizational and time management abilities, including managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines with attention to detail; an analytical mindset for interpreting basic data and supporting recommendations; proficiency with common office and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Bonus: Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree program in Marketing, Business, or Communications is preferred; basic familiarity with marketing or CRM tools would be a plus.
