Eagle Activator is a boutique digital marketing agency with a decade of experience, having successfully supported over 200 brands by providing expertise in copywriting, paid media, and creative direction. The company is currently building its own brand presence on social media and is seeking a pivotal individual to embody its public identity. This role offers a unique learning experience for a US-based student or early-career creator who is comfortable and confident in front of a camera and genuinely wishes to understand the practical applications of marketing from industry veterans.

• Mission: Act as the primary on-camera representative for Eagle Activator Media, driving content creation and managing their social brand presence across multiple digital platforms.
• Tech Stack: AI tools (utilized for efficient content generation and workflow acceleration)
What You’ll Actually Do
• On-Camera Presence: Be the central on-camera personality for Eagle Activator Media, representing the brand consistently across key social platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), and YouTube Shorts.
• Daily Video Production: Consistently record and produce two concise video segments each day, typically one to two minutes in length, ensuring these are suitable for immediate distribution across all designated channels.
• Content Calendar Ownership: Assume full responsibility for managing the content calendar, which includes planning, scheduling, and overseeing the timely posting of all social media content across every platform.
• Creative Input and Energy: Contribute actively to content creation by bringing authentic energy and original ideas to the table, moving beyond simply executing pre-written scripts to genuinely shape the brand’s voice.
The Must-Haves
• Background: A current student or recent graduate residing in the US, who naturally exhibits confidence and comfort when appearing on camera.
• Experience: Demonstrated ability to perform effectively and professionally on camera, combined with a proven track record of being reliable, well-organized, and eager to take initiative.
• Skills: Core competencies include compelling on-camera performance, proficient content scheduling and meticulous content calendar management, along with strong creative idea generation and execution skills.
• Bonus: A deep eagerness to actively learn and apply new marketing strategies, a desire to take on significant responsibility, and a clear ambition to build a compelling professional portfolio through hands-on, impactful work.
