What You’ll Actually Do
• Content Creation: Assist in the creation and management of engaging social media content, including crafting captivating posts that align with LangPal’s brand voice.
• Campaign Development: Contribute to the development and execution of various digital marketing campaigns aimed at promoting LangPal’s platform and mission.
• Engagement Optimization: Implement strategic approaches and tactics to optimize audience engagement across all social media channels, fostering community growth.
• Performance Analysis: Regularly analyze social media performance metrics, gathering insights to inform and improve future content and campaign strategies.
• Brand Consistency: Collaborate closely with the marketing team to maintain cohesive brand consistency across all digital platforms and contribute to broader marketing initiatives.

The Must-Haves
• Background: You must be a United States citizen and currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree. The role requires a foundational understanding and academic pursuit within the fields of Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing.
• Experience: Demonstrated proficiency in the practical application of Social Media Marketing techniques and successful Social Media Content Creation. Experience with developing and contributing to Digital Marketing and broader Marketing strategies is also a key expectation.
• Skills: Possess strong communication skills, encompassing both clear written and effective verbal proficiency, which are crucial for content development and team collaboration. You should exhibit creative and strategic thinking abilities to innovate and plan marketing efforts. The capacity to manage tasks independently and effectively prioritize in a remote work setting is also required.
• Bonus: Familiarity with the landscape of language learning platforms or experience within the EdTech industry would be considered a valuable advantage for this role.
