Product Manager | MaximaTek

The Tone:
This is a full-time role at MaximaTek, located in California. MaximaTek focuses on shaping product strategy and delivering customer-focused solutions. What You’ll Actually Do
• Product Strategy & Vision: Define and execute product strategy, vision, and roadmap aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
• Requirements & Research: Gather, analyze, and translate customer feedback, market research, and business requirements into clear product specifications and user stories.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Engineering, UX/UI Design, Quality Assurance, Marketing, Sales, and executive stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
• Agile Product Management: Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure timely delivery of high-value features and drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
• Performance & Market Analysis: Analyze product performance metrics, user behavior, and market trends to identify enhancement opportunities and conduct competitor analysis.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Experience: 2–4 years in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or a similar product-focused role, with hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities; excellent verbal and written communication skills; understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and modern product development practices; ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Bonus: Experience with product management and collaboration tools like Jira or Confluence; familiarity with analytics tools such as SQL or Tableau; knowledge of SaaS products, cloud platforms, mobile applications, or enterprise software solutions; or certifications like Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or PMP.
