What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Contribution: Contribute to client projects and strategic solutions early in your program.
• Skill Development: Grow your skillset with industry certifications and hands-on mentorship.
• Data Transformation: Transform complex datasets into compelling narratives and actionable insights using modern tools like Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Looker, or Tableau, ensuring data integrity to drive client strategy.
• Experimentation Support: Support the full experimentation lifecycle by helping design statistically sound hypotheses and analyzing A/B test results to validate business ideas and identify significant trends.
• Stakeholder Communication: Engage in stakeholder interaction and communication, including requirements gathering, transparent internal and external communication, and using a hypothesis-driven approach to solve business problems.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree between Fall 2025 and Spring 2026 in Statistics, Mathematics, Research, Economics, Quantitative Psychology / Sociology, or another applicable degree.
• Experience: Beginner proficiency or coursework in research, basic statistical literacy, and basic data visualization.
• Skills: AI Fluency and Curiosity, with a baseline understanding of Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, or GitHub Copilot) and a demonstrated ability to apply prompts to accelerate delivery and automate workflows.
• Bonus: Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R, and/or relevant internships or project experience.
