What You’ll Actually Do
• Requirement Gathering: Partner with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements.
• Process Improvement: Conduct analysis to identify process inefficiencies and propose actionable improvements.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including workflows, process maps, and user stories.
• Solution Translation: Collaborate with technical teams to ensure business requirements are translated into effective solutions.
• Project Support: Support project planning, tracking, and reporting to ensure timely delivery.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Master’s degree, including recent graduates without prior technical experience, eager to thrive in business and technology consulting.
• Experience: No prior professional experience is explicitly required for this entry-level role.
• Skills: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and process mapping tools; familiarity with business analysis frameworks and project methodologies like Agile or Waterfall; highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively; U.S. work authorization required, with support for eligible H1B, F1/OPT candidates available.
• Bonus: Internship or hands-on experience in business analysis or consulting; familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Power BI; basic knowledge of SQL or database concepts.
